Sales Policy:

SPEAK TO US: Always start by calling us at (831) 624-8078 to find out if the instrument is still in stock, and to get an in-depth description of the instrument. Photos are available (35 mm - $2.00 ea.) but keep in mind that Dexter's descriptions are very thorough and accurate.

Payment:

a) All prices on our stocklist are cash prices

b) Send us a cashier's check or money order (U.S.) or bank draft in US$ (International customers)

c) Wire funds directly to our account at Wells Fargo Bank (call for details for this type of transaction).

d) Call us to inquire about using a credit card as payment method. We do not accept credit cards for international sales - no exceptions.

 

Shipping charges: We normally ship via UPS. As a rough guide for shipping charges only ( insurance is added in all cases - no exceptions), please check out the table below:

Insurance is added to the above, at 55 cents per $100; all locations other than those listed above must be calculated on a one-by-one basis. Buyers pay all customs and import duties to their country.


Approval period: You have 48 hours to check out the instrument. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, call us immediately to let us know you are returning the instrument. We expect the instrument to be returned ASAP, packaged just as we sent it (call us if you have any questions) and insured for the full purchase price amount; a refund will be issued once the instrument has arrived at CMCo. in the same condition that we shipped it to you - please note that shipping, insurance and credit card fees will be deducted. The customer is responsible for all risk of loss or damage during the return shipment. We request that you call us when you receive the instrument and, if at the end of the 48 hour approval period we don't hear from you, we consider the deal done.

Refunds: We will refund the price of the instrument as soon as it arrives at Carmel Music in the same condition it left our shop - CMC is proud to be very prompt in this process. Buyer is responsible for the cost of freight and insurance both ways. If you paid with a credit card, and you reject the instrument we send you, you will be required to pay all financial costs incurred by CMC associated with your transaction.
